本文对煤矿井下高臭巷施工中采用的综掘机的钻孔技术进行论述。井下施工存在钻孔技术施工难度大的问题,往往与工作环境有关系,如巷道距离过长,工作量较大等。采用全新的煤炭断面掘进技术,也称为泥水平平衡顶管施工方法,对于施工操作流程进行实施,并采用可行性分析的方法对岩巷泥浆输送系统的管道输送展开计算和验证。能够很好地解决高位抽放瓦斯的施工技术问题。
This paper discusses the drilling technology of the fully-mechanized mining machine used in the construction of high-odor underground coal mine. Downhole construction of drilling technology there is a big difficulty in construction, often related to the working environment, such as roadway distance is too long, the workload is large and so on. The new coal section excavation technology, also known as the mud horizontal balance pipe jacking construction method, is used to carry out the construction operation flow, and the feasibility analysis method is used to calculate and verify the pipe conveying of the rock drift transport system. Can well solve the construction of high gas drainage technology issues.
