2007年11月,我们解放桥小学开展了《区域性教师专业发展—校本研修方法与途径的研究》的课题研究。研究工作历时三年。我们立足学校实际,以课堂实践为主研阵地,以骨干教师为主研人员,面向全体教师开展了深入有效的研究,取得了较好的效果。一、课题提出的背景及意义1.研究背景。教师专业化是指教师在整个专业生涯中,通过专业训练获得教育专业技能、培养专业道德和专业素质的一个专业成长过程。
In November 2007, we conducted a research project on “the professional development of regional teachers - the research on ways and means of school-based training” of the Jiefang Bridge Primary School.
