楼昶2004年毕业于浙江工业大学,已在宁波数字电视有限公司工作将近10年,一直战斗在安全播出第一线,目前担任技术播控部主任,主要负责播出、信号传输相关的技术工作。工作期间,楼昶负责并参与了20多项技术革新项目,主要包括数字电视机房的改造及建设项目、华数TV2.0互动点播平台建设及对接项目、小区接入网EPON+EoC改造项目、党员信息化远程教育直播平台建设项目、新闻回传建设项目等,获得了丰富的实际经验。
Lou Chang graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2004 and has worked in Ningbo Digital TV Co., Ltd. for nearly 10 years. He has been fighting the security broadcast first line and currently serves as director of technical broadcast control department. He is mainly responsible for broadcasting and signal transmission related technologies jobs. During his tenure, Lou Chang was responsible for and participated in more than 20 technological innovation projects, including the renovation and construction of digital television room, the construction and docking project of China TV2.0 interactive on-demand platform, the EPON + EoC reconstruction project of residential access network, Party members of the distance education live broadcasting platform construction projects, news back to construction projects, access to a wealth of practical experience.
