空间低温冷罩地面试验设备是用于对冷罩性能进行验证的大型试验系统,具有真空系统、旋转装置、称重装置、热辐射装置、低温液体加注系统、动态和静态温度测量装置,可以模拟冷罩随飞行器在空间飞行时的真空、辐照环境及空间旋转状态。本文介绍了试验设备的组成及设计,分析了真空室压力对冷罩换热程度的影响。对研制的试验设备进行了性能测试,结果表明该设备运行稳定、可靠,满足空间低温冷罩的各项试验要求。

This paper introduces the composition and design of the test equipment, analyzes the impact of vacuum chamber pressure on the degree of heat transfer in the cold hood. The performance test of the developed test equipment was carried out. The results show that the equipment is stable and reliable, and meets the requirements of space cryogenic cold hood test.
