研究了2-取代-1-正丁基-5-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮类化合物的合成和抗惊厥作用,共合成了5个3-吡唑烷酮类新化合物.药理实验结果表明,5个化合物均有较好的抗惊厥活性,其中2-肉桂酰基-1-正丁基-5-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮活性高于先导化合物1-正丁基-5-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮.
The synthesis and anticonvulsant effects of 2-substituted-1-n-butyl-5-phenyl-3-pyrazolidinones were studied. A total of 5 new 3-pyrazolidone compounds were synthesized. The results of pharmacological experiments showed that all the five compounds had good anticonvulsant activity. The activity of 2-cinnamoyl-1-n-butyl-5-phenyl-3-pyrazolidone was higher than that of the precursor 1-n-butyl -5-phenyl-3-pyrazolidone.
