目的:提高丹芪通片的质量标准。方法:薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别丹芪通片中的丹参、黄芪、何首乌;HPLC法测定该制剂中隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果:TLC分离度好;隐丹参酮在0.0012~0.024 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为94.23%,RSD为3.08%;丹参酮ⅡA在0.0015~0.030 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为95.38%,RSD为3.29%。结论:该定性方法专属性强,定量方法重现性及结果准确可靠,可用于丹芪通片的质量控制。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of Dan Qi Tong tablets. Methods: Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Astragali and Polygonum multiflorum were identified by TLC. The content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Results: The separation of TLC was good. The linearity of cryptotanshinone was good in the range of 0.0012-0.024 mg / mL with the average recovery of 94.23% and the RSD of 3.08%. Tanshinone ⅡA showed good linearity in the range of 0.0015-0.030 mg / mL , The average recovery was 95.38%, RSD was 3.29%. Conclusion: The qualitative method is of high specificity, reproducibility of quantitative method and accurate and reliable results, which can be used for the quality control of Danqi tong tablets.
