大学衍生企业高管团队异质性是否影响创新绩效?本文以2004—2013年在沪深两地上市的24家高校公司为研究样本,以母体大学持股比例为调节变量,实证研究了大学衍生企业高管团队异质性与创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,大学衍生企业高管团队年龄异质性、任期异质性、教育水平异质性和两栖身份异质性与创新绩效显著正相关。母体大学持股比例正向调节年龄异质性、教育水平异质性和两栖身份异质性,其他假设没有得到验证。本研究结论对于大学衍生企业提升创新绩效和高管团队的治理水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
Whether the heterogeneity of the executive team of a university-derived enterprise affects the innovation performance? This article takes the 24 colleges and universities listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2004 to 2013 as the research sample and the mother-university share ratio as the adjusting variable, and empirically studies the university derivative The Relationship Between Heterogeneity and Innovation Performance of Enterprise Executive Team. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between age heterogeneity, tenure heterogeneity, heterogeneity of education level and heterogeneity of amphibious identity and innovation performance. The mother-university shareholding ratio positively regulates age heterogeneity, heterogeneity of education level and amphibious identity heterogeneity, and other assumptions have not been validated. The conclusion of this research is of certain reference to the improvement of innovation performance and the management level of the senior management team of the university-derived enterprises.
