档案信息化是指在国家档案行政管理部门的统筹规划和组织下,全面应用现代信息技术,不断改革传统的档案管理模式,有效提高档案信息资源收集、管理和提供利用服务水平的过程。在这一过程中,伴随着信息技术水平的提高及其在档案管理工作中应用程度的变化,档案管理理论所面临的创新与发展要求也会表现出一定差异。现从档案信息化管理存在的问题入手,阐述了档案信息化管理的对策。
File informationization refers to the process of comprehensively applying modern information technology and constantly reforming the traditional file management mode under the overall planning and organization of the state archives administrative department so as to effectively improve the collection, management and provision of service levels for archival information resources. In this process, along with the improvement of information technology and its application in the management of archives, the innovation and development requirements of archival management theory also show some differences. Beginning with the problems existing in the archives information management, this paper elaborates the countermeasures of archives information management.
