青年员工是企业的未来,促进青年员工队伍稳定和成长对企业发展壮大至关重要。清远供电局下属的5个子公司(英德、连州、连南、连山、阳山供电局)于2007年正式接收,加入到南网大家庭。几年来,针对子公司基础管理薄弱现状,清远供电局在人财物方面给予了大力支持,特别是在员工队伍建设方面更是倾注了大量心血,每年在大学(专)毕业生招聘、配置上都给予特别的照顾,使子公司员工队伍结构不合理、年龄老化、学历偏低等问题得到初步改善。但是,由于受环境、管理、收入等方面因素影响,5个子公司每年均出现青年员工辞职现象。此种情况若得不到及时有效的遏制和改善,将对子公司发展带来直接而深远的影响。企业团组织作为企业与青年员工的重要桥梁,理应在这个问题解决上发挥应有的作用。
