一级学科下属二级学科各专业的门类数量及各个专业的师资配备状况是衡量该专业及其一级学科发展的重要指标。X校公共管理类专业分布分散,师资配备不足与浪费并存,不利于该一级学科的发展。对已有专业及师资资源整合优化进而推进专业发展是该一级学科建设的重要任务。
The number of each subject in the second-level disciplines of a discipline and the status of teachers in each specialty are important indicators to measure the development of the major and its disciplines. X school public management specialty scattered, lack of teachers and waste coexist, is not conducive to the development of a subject. The integration and optimization of the existing professional and teacher resources and the promotion of professional development are therefore important tasks for the construction of this discipline.
