本报告是论述鳄梨受精后,正常和不正常幼果的早期发育的解剖学观察。材料与方法试验设在以色列贝特·达肯农业研究所的实验果园中,于1976年4月下旬从‘Fuerte’品种上标记700朵人工授粉的花,从‘Tovah’品种上标记300朵人工授粉的花。白天温度不低于35℃,晚上高于14℃,是幼果生长的适宜温度。‘Fuerte’品种是用‘Hass’花粉进行人工授粉的,而‘Tovah’品种是用‘Fuerte’的花粉进行人工授粉的。幼果样品是在授粉以后的不同时期采集的。
This report is an anatomical observation of the early development of normal and abnormal young fruits after avocado fertilization. MATERIALS AND METHODS The experiment was conducted in an experimental orchard at the Beit Dakken Institute of Agriculture in Israel marking 700 artificial pollination flowers from ’Fuerte’ varieties in late April 1976 and 300 artificial flowers from ’Tovah’ varieties Pollinating flowers. During the day the temperature is not lower than 35 ℃, higher than 14 ℃ at night, is the suitable temperature for young fruit growth. The ’Fuerte’ variety is hand pollinated with ’Hass’ pollen, and the ’Tovah’ variety is artificially pollinated with ’Fuerte’ pollen. Young fruit samples were collected at different times after pollination.
