钢结硬质合金是一种新型复合材料,其钢基体是可以进行热处理的,热处理过程包括:退火、淬火与回火。大量碳化物(一次与二次碳化物)的存在造成了热处理过程复杂化。目前,只有很少的资料中讨论到有关热处理问题。为了把问题弄清楚,我们对钢结硬质合金的热处理在理论上和工艺上都进行了比较系统的研究工作。本文内容之一,是讨论了一次碳化物(WC)的溶解与析出问题。这将引起钢基体化学成分的变化,从而影响其热处理。文中同时介绍了如何正确确定钢结硬质合金的热处理工艺。
Steel bonded carbide is a new composite material, the steel substrate can be heat-treated, heat treatment process includes: annealing, quenching and tempering. The presence of a large amount of carbides (primary and secondary carbides) complicates the heat treatment process. At present, only a few sources discuss the heat treatment issues. In order to clarify the issue, we conducted a systematic and systematic study on the heat treatment of steel bonded cemented carbide both theoretically and technically. In this article, we discuss the dissolution and precipitation of primary carbides (WC). This will cause changes in the chemical composition of the steel substrate, thus affecting its heat treatment. The article also describes how to correctly determine the heat treatment process of cemented carbide.
