目的了解腮腺炎疫苗与吸附精制白喉、破伤风二联类毒素（ＤＴ）能否同时接种，为制定免疫方案 提供依据。方法用冻干流行性腮腺炎减毒活疫苗和吸附精制白、破二联类毒素同时和分别接种８～１４岁的寄宿 学生，观察其免疫应答。结果两苗同时接种与分别接种临床反应及免疫应答差异均无显著意义。结论两苗是 可以同时接种的。
Objective To understand whether mumps vaccine can be inoculated simultaneously with purified diphtheria and tetanus toxoid (DT) in order to provide a basis for developing immunization programs. Methods Live attenuated vaccine of mumps and purified white and broken toxoid were respectively inoculated with boarding students aged 8-14 years to observe their immune response. Results There was no significant difference in clinical response and immune response between the two vaccines at the same time and inoculation respectively. Conclusion Two seedlings can be inoculated simultaneously.
