目的:总结慢性宫颈炎的临床特征,探讨微波联合银尔舒治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年06月~2014年07月我院收治的慢性宫颈炎病例80例,随机将其分成实验组40例,对照组40例,对照组单纯应用微波治疗,实验组应用微波联合银尔舒治疗,比较疗效。结果:实验组慢性宫颈炎病例阴道出血量为(17.45±2.06)ml,KPS评分为(84.65±5.63)分,QLQ-C30评分为(81.65±8.62)分,疾病治疗有效率为90.0%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合银尔舒治疗慢性宫颈炎,效果满意,值得进一步应用。
Objective: To summarize the clinical features of chronic cervicitis and explore the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with silver Seoul in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods: 80 cases of chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with microwave alone. The experimental group was treated with microwave combined with silver Er Shu treatment, more effective. Results: The incidences of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group were (17.45 ± 2.06) ml, KPS score was (84.65 ± 5.63), QLQ-C30 score was (81.65 ± 8.62), disease cure rate was 90.0% Better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Microwave combined with silver Seoul Shu in treatment of chronic cervicitis, with satisfactory results, it is worth further application.
