多发性骨髓瘤是一种源发于浆细胞的恶性血液病。临床表现除骨痛、骨折外,还有肾脏及心脏受累等表现。首发症状复杂多样,以致常造成早期误诊。现将我院1985～2000年间误诊的5例予以回顾性分析。
Multiple myeloma is a hematological malignancy that originates in plasma cells. In addition to bone pain and fractures, the clinical manifestations include kidney and heart involvement. The first symptoms are complex and varied, often causing early misdiagnosis. Five cases of misdiagnosis in our hospital from 1985 to 2000 are retrospectively analyzed.
