以南京农业大学学生为例,采用问卷调查及团体培训方式,研究勤工助学活动对学生发展的教育意义,结果显示:参加勤工助学的学生在社会支持利用度上高于未参加勤工助学的学生,参加勤工助学并接受团体培训的学生在能力自信、个人规划、效能提高等自我评价方面比参加勤工助学但没有接受团体培训的学生有显著提高。根据研究结果,针对勤工助学学生心理素质的一些问题提出三点建议:根据高校贫困生心理特点,拓展贫困生社会支持系统;加大勤工助学力度,增设勤工助学岗位;加强勤工助学学生教育培训,提高学生综合素质。
Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, this paper uses questionnaires and group training methods to study the educational significance of part-time student-assisted activities in the development of students. The results show that the students who take part-time work-study are higher than the non-attendants Students who helped students and who participated in work-study and group training had a significant improvement in their self-evaluation such as self-confidence, personal planning and performance improvement than those who participated in work-study but did not receive group training. According to the results of the research, three suggestions are put forward according to the psychological quality of students who work hard to work and study: According to the psychological characteristics of impoverished students in colleges and universities, the system of social support for underprivileged students should be expanded; the work-study aid should be increased; Work-study student education and training, improve the overall quality of students.
