用X-射线极图方法研究含镍50%的镍-铁合金的轧制与再结晶织构,并观察立方织构的形成。试样经过两类冷轧方法术;即压延率为(I)94%与(II)98.4%。两类试样分别在500°,600°,700°,800°,900°,1000°及1100℃熟炼1小时。由实验得知立方织构在熟炼温度600℃即开始出现,随温度升高而增强。在第二类冷轧压延率为98.4%试样中,经1100℃熟炼1小时,得到完整的立方织构。从实验观察到,在50镍-铁合金中立方织构采由~(123)[121]绕[111]-轴转动40°而形成,结果证明再结晶织构的形成符合于定向成长学说。
X-ray polarography was used to study the rolling and recrystallization textures of nickel-iron alloys containing 50% nickel, and the cubic texture was observed. The samples were subjected to two types of cold rolling methods; that is, the rolling rates were 94% for (I) and 98.4% for (II). Two types of samples were cooked at 500 °, 600 °, 700 °, 800 °, 900 °, 1000 ° and 1100 ° C cooked for 1 hour. Experiments show that the cubic texture began to appear at a cooking temperature of 600 ° C and increased with increasing temperature. In the second type cold rolling rolling rate of 98.4% of the sample, cooked at 1100 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a complete cubic texture. It is observed experimentally that the cubic texture in 50 Ni-Fe alloy is formed by ~ (123) [121] rotation about [111] -axis by 40 °. The results show that the recrystallization texture accords with the theory of directional growth.
