用电泳方法分析了浙贝母低温解除休眠过程中芽、鳞片近轴面表皮和鳞片内部组织的酯酶同工酶和可溶性蛋白质的变化。芽的酯酶同工酶谱带较多,变化明显。鳞片内部组织的酯酶同工酶谱带较少,变化较小。芽、鳞片近轴面表皮和鳞片内部组织可溶性蛋白质图谱的变化主要是颜色深浅的变化。结果说明浙贝母低温解除休眠的过程是由芽和鳞片共同完成的,鳞片近轴面表皮在芽和鳞片内部组织的相互关系中起着重要作用。
Electrophoretic analysis was used to analyze the changes of esterase isoenzymes and soluble proteins in buds, scales, and inner scales of Fritillaria sinensis during cold dormancy. There are more esterase isoenzyme bands in the buds and the changes are obvious. The esterase isoenzyme bands in the internal tissues of the scales are less and have less variation. The change of the soluble protein profile of shoots, scales, and the internal tissues of the scales was mainly the change in shades of color. The results showed that the process of cold dormancy release of Fritillaria fritillaria was completed by buds and scales together. The scaled epidermis plays an important role in the interrelationships between the bud and scale internal tissues.
