锅炉在燃烧时产生的烟气,要通过引风机排人大气中。在排放过程中会遇到各部位的阻力,阻力越大,越需要加大引风机的功率。本文试想通过减少烟气阻力,来解决电能过量的消耗问题。1值得参考和借鉴的经验上世纪50年代,笔者在新乡电厂操作和管理的2台英制10t/h发电锅炉,该炉烟气总阻力只有2.5英寸水柱(635Pa)。所配引风机只有9匹马力(6.6kW),转速为750r/min,由两轴瓦支承,电流12A,噪声近于零。该锅炉阻力小的原因,通过几次大修、深入研究发现有下列特点:
