高职法律课堂传统的知识输入型教学方式已经不能适应当前高职教育技能输出的需要,应当从观念创新和思维转化的角度出发,重新梳理和确立注重学生法律操作技能展示的输出型课堂教学模式。
Traditional knowledge-based teaching methods in legal classroom of higher vocational education can not adapt to the current output of vocational education skills. From the perspective of conceptual innovation and thinking transformation, we should sort out and establish an output-based classroom teaching model that focuses on students’ legal operation skills display .
