目的对云南黄果冷杉Abies ernestii var.salouenensis干燥枝叶中黄酮类成分进行研究。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR等谱学方法鉴定化合物。结果从云南黄果冷杉干燥枝叶80%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(1)、槲皮素(2)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、丁香亭-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3-O-(3″,6″-二-反式-对-肉桂酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、落叶黄素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、牡荆苷(8)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、异半皮桉苷(11)、柚皮素(12)、()-表没食子儿茶素(13)、(+)-儿茶素(14)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物7~11和13为首次从冷杉属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids in dried branches and leaves of Abies ernestii var.salouenensis in Yunnan fir. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The compounds were identified by NMR spectroscopy. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the dried leaves and branches of F. fimbriatum in Yunnan and identified as kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), quercetin -3-O-α-L- (3), clozapine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (5) (6 “), Oresin (3”, 6 "-di-trans-p-cinnamoyl) -β-D-glucopyranoside 7), vitexin (8), quercetin -7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside Ciclopirox (11), naringenin (12), (-) epigallocatechin (13), (+) - catechin (14). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 7-11 and 13 were isolated from the genus Abies for the first time.
