利用自行建立的基于计算机视觉的脉冲 TIG焊熔池几何参数检测系统 ,从工件的正面利用 CCD传感器拍摄到了清晰的熔池图像。针对熔池图像的特点 ,设计了快速有效的图像处理算法 ,实时检测出了熔池的最大宽度、半长、后部面积、后拖角等重要几何参数 ,为下一步对焊接质量实时控制打下了良好基础
