我的老师,享誉海内外的古代家具专家王世襄先生编著的《明代家具珍赏》(台湾艺术图书公司1985年出版)一书中收录了一件明代紫檀有束腰几形画桌(见书169页图版110)。此画桌面171×74.4厘米,肩180×85厘米,高84厘米。画桌腿足向外弯后又向内兜转,但并不位在四角,故呈接近鼓腿膨牙式而实不相同。足下有横材相连,横材中部向上翻出由灵芝纹组成的云头,故其造型实吸收了带卷书的几形结构,在画桌中是十分罕见的变体。除桌面外通体雕灵芝纹,朵朵大小相间随意生发丰腴圆润。此器现藏于故宫博物院。王世襄先生在书中介绍此器:“有束腰灵芝纹画桌参用了几形结构,全身浮雕圆润,多年来一直被认为是孤例。”“孤例”就是孤品。王先生年逾九旬,研究明式家
