以叶片为外植体,在附加2mg/lb-BA和05mg/lNAA的MS培养基上诱导长芽。在1/2MS附加05mg/lNAA培养基上诱导生根。对提高繁殖率、试管苗移栽成活等做了系统的研究。结果表明:在芽的诱导中,6-BA和NAA的浓度配比起关键作用。在诱导生根中,附加05%活性炭对生根起促进作用。培养物分割转移次数对苗的增殖有明显的影响,次数少,增殖率明显低。试管苗的移栽成活对批量生产有重要的意义。
The leaves were used as explants for the induction of shoots on MS medium supplemented with 2 mg / lb-BA and 0.5 mg / l NAA. Rooting was induced on 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.5 mg / l NAA medium. To improve the reproductive rate, survival of test tube seedlings made a systematic study. The results showed that the concentration of 6-BA and NAA played a key role in bud induction. In induced rooting, an additional 0.5% activated carbon to promote rooting. The number of division and transfer of culture had a significant effect on the proliferation of seedlings, the number of times was low, and the proliferation rate was significantly lower. Survival of test tube seedlings have important implications for mass production.
