峨嵋茶为四川峨嵋山生长的一种优质绿茶。本文采用小鼠微核试验、小鼠精子畸变试验、姊妹染色单体互换试验对峨嵋茶及其茶多酚的抗突变作用进行研究。结果:峨嵋菜水浸液浓度为1.25%—2.5%时,对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核抑制率为41%—45%、小鼠精子畸变抑制率为73.5%—82.3%、每毫升培养液含峨嵋菜水浸液20、200mg、峨嵋茶茶多酚2、20、200mg时,对丝裂霉素C诱发人外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换抑制率分别为37.5%—49.59%;36.12%—69.81%。表明:峨嵋茶及其茶多酚对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓微核出现率、小鼠精子畸变率、丝裂霉素C诱发人外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换率均有较好抑制作用。
