河北某预备役炮兵旅紧密结合预备役部队特点和遂行多样化任务的实际,积极探索预备役官兵心理训练的方法途径,按照“平战结合,战训一致,前瞻适用,科学合理”的思路,突出加强以4D模拟训练室、心理测试室、心理治疗室、心理信息资料室、心理互动隧道“四室一道”为主要内容的心理教育训练,着力构建科技含量高、系统结构优、整体功能强的心理训练平台,努力形成系统的机制制度和管用的举措招法,不断提高官兵良好的心理素质和过硬的战斗作风。
