目的:探讨雄激素对尿石症患者的影响。方法:用体积分数为0.5%乙二醇诱导结石形成;建立4组动物实验雄鼠模型。A组:去势结石组;B组:去势加皮下注射睾丸酮(3mg/d)结石组;C组:结石对照组;D组:正常对照组(标准无结石饮食)。4组雄鼠饲养4周后同时宰杀,分别测定和比较他们血清Testo,FSH,LH,E2,PRL,Prog;单侧肾质量,肾内钙、镁、磷含量。结果:B组肾内钙含量明显高于A组。结论:雄性激素对尿石症有一定影响,它能增加实验鼠肾组织内钙的沉积。
Objective: To investigate the effect of androgens on patients with urolithiasis. Methods: The volume fraction of 0.5% ethylene glycol induced calculus formation; established four groups of animal experimental male model. Group A: castrated stone group; Group B: castration plus subcutaneous injection of testosterone (3mg / d) stone group; group C: stone control group; group D: normal control group (standard non-stone diet). Four groups of male rats were slaughtered at the same time for 4 weeks, and their serum Testo, FSH, LH, E2, PRL and Prog were measured and compared. The unilateral kidney weight, renal calcium, magnesium and phosphorus contents were measured. Results: The renal calcium content in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. Conclusion: Androgens have a certain effect on urolithiasis, which can increase the deposition of calcium in the kidney of rats.
