利用某些生物因子抑制肿瘤细胞生长或诱导其分化的特性是净化白血病骨髓的一条可行途径。吴祖泽等的研究发现,在人胎儿组织中存在着一类低分子量的天然肿瘤抑制物(LMW-NTS),它对人或小鼠的多种白血病细胞株以及髓系白血病病人原代白血病祖细胞(L-CFU)均有明显的、不可逆的抑制作用,而对正常造血细胞影响较轻,从而在体外液体培养条件下可用于净化骨髓中残留的白血病细胞。我们利用这一选择性抑瘤作用,对一例 AML 病人缓解期的骨髓作了体外净化后的自体骨髓移植,获得成功,现报告如下。

We use this selective anti-tumor effect, on a case of AML patients with bone marrow in vitro re-purification of autologous bone marrow transplantation, the success, are as follows.
