目的了解胸外ICU环境卫生质量及消毒效果,提高医院感染防控能力。方法通过环境标本采样和消毒效果监测方法,对某医院胸外科ICU环境和物体表面以及人员手卫生消毒质量进行了监测。结果共采集标本34份,有20份超标,超标率平均为58.8%;其中10月份超标率38.9%,11月份超标率81.3%。共检出细菌20株,包括真菌9株,革兰阳性杆菌7株,表皮葡萄球菌2株,其他球菌2株。结论该ICU环境和物体表面存在污染,需要加强环境卫生管理。
Objective To understand the quality of ICU in the chest and the disinfection effect and to improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods The environmental quality of the ICU and the quality of hand disinfection of the hand were monitored by sampling and disinfection effect monitoring of environmental specimens. Results A total of 34 specimens were collected, of which 20 exceeded the standard, exceeding the standard rate of 58.8%. Among them, the exceeding rate of 38.9% in October and the exceeding rate of 81.3% in November. A total of 20 bacterial strains were detected, including 9 fungi, 7 Gram-positive bacilli, 2 Staphylococcus epidermidis and 2 other cocci. Conclusion The ICU environment and the surface of the object are polluted, and environmental sanitation management needs to be strengthened.
