本文介绍了以原子吸收光谱法,直接测定尿中钙的含量。本方法不仅具有快速、简便等特点,而且采用了氯化锶做释放剂,并有效的消除了共存元素的干扰。回收率为99.6%-104.2%。
This article describes the direct determination of urinary calcium by atomic absorption spectrometry. The method not only has the characteristics of quickness and simplicity, but also uses strontium chloride as a releasing agent and effectively eliminates the interference of the coexisting elements. The recovery rate was 99.6% -104.2%.
