我厂原来用死模套摩擦压砖机成型釉面砖。由于这种产品质量要求较高,曾遇到许多问题:(1)釉面砖坯体薄,厚度公差小,死模套装置的模型,装料高度不易调整,当粉料含水量等物理参数稍有变动时,压出坯体的厚度就超过尺寸公差。(2)死模套装置的模型,上冲头在压型时要冲入模套中去,因此模套与上冲头之间必须有一定空隙,否则上冲头上下运转略有不正,就会与模套摩擦,甚至将模套压坏。由于模型之间有空隙,压出的坯体毛边大,易掉边掉角,影响外观质量。(3)这种模具的下模心是活动
