目的分析降低剖宫产率促进自然分娩的方法。方法 1000例孕妇,采用产前教育、产检、怀孕期间的健康知识宣传以及孕妇班的开展等方法促进自然分娩,并对孕妇的分娩方式进行比较。结果 2013年7~12月孕妇选择剖宫产的几率明显低于2012年1~6月,2013年1~6月孕妇选择会阴侧切的几率低于2013年7~12月,2013年1~6月孕妇选择无痛分娩率低于2013年7~12月,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用产检、生产时的规范指导、孕期保健知识的宣传以及无痛技术的发展等方法 ,有效的提高了自然分娩率,改善了孕妇产后的生活质量。
Objective To analyze ways to reduce the rate of cesarean section and promote natural childbirth. Methods A total of 1000 pregnant women were enrolled in this study. Methods of antenatal education, birth control, publicity of health knowledge during pregnancy and pregnant women ’s classes were adopted to promote spontaneous childbirth. Pregnant women’ s modes of delivery were compared. Results The chance of pregnant women choosing cesarean section from July to December in 2013 was significantly lower than that in January to June in 2012. The chances of pregnant women selecting for episiotomy from January to June in 2013 were lower than those in July to December in 2013, The rate of painless delivery among pregnant women in the month of choice was lower than that in July to December of 2013, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The adoption of the methods of production examination, normative guidance during production, propaganda of pregnancy health knowledge and the development of painless techniques can effectively increase the rate of natural childbirth and improve the quality of life of postpartum pregnant women.
