川滇黔三省交界地区地处大西南核心,长江上游与珠江的发源地。区域能矿资源富集,喀斯特地貌发育强烈。既是典型的“老、少、边、穷”山区,又是“西电东送”的主战场、国家能源原材料基地,长江、珠江流域生态屏障,扶贫与反贫困攻坚的重点领域。川滇黔三省交界地区是集偏远边区、喀斯特岩溶区、少数民族区、生态脆弱区、贫困区域、革命老区、资源富集区为一体的特殊区域。不同学者对于川滇黔交界地区的范围划分并不一致,笔者认
