复方性阿弗它溃疡(recurrent aphthousulcer,简称RAU是发生在口腔粘膜上常见的溃疡性疾病,发病率高,病程反复迁延,由于溃疡发作频繁且疼痛剧烈,故严重影响咀嚼与语言等生理功能,所以临床上除了寻找发病原因外,首选需要解决止痛与消炎的方法,以促进溃疡的早日愈合。素高捷疗口腔膏(Solcoseryl Dental Adhesive Paste,SDAP)是一种能迅速止痛、消炎与促进溃疡愈合的有效药物,现将我们用SDAP治疗RAU后的效果报导如下: 材料和方法 1.病例选择:在RAU就诊病人中随机选取30例轻型口疮(Minor RAU,miRAU)患者、其中男性14例,女性16例,年龄最小16岁,最大75岁,平均年龄41.8岁。本组观察采用患者自身对照,治疗前平均溃疡愈合时间为12.5天。所有患者在就诊前均未使用抗生素、免疫抑制剂及其他局部应用药物。 2.SDAP:为管装软膏,每支5克,呈奶黄色,主要成分为5％脱蛋白质幼牛血清提取物、1％止痛剂(Polidocanol)与少量防腐剂等。
