目的为确保患者用药安全,提高基层医院合理用药水平,对我院不合理用药情况及原因进行分析。方法随机抽取本院一时段门诊西药处方1480张,根据有关药学理论,统计其不合理用药处方进行分类和统计分析。结果不合理用药处方合计138张(占9.32%),不合理用药主要表现在四个方面,分别为联合用药不合理49张、重复用药37张、选药不30张、用法不合理22张。结论合理用药任重道远,一要临床医生科学用药,二要加强多方面的监督和制约。
The purpose is to ensure the safety of patients and improve the rational use of drugs in primary hospitals, hospital irrational use of drugs and the reasons for the analysis. Methods A total of 1480 prescribing western medicine prescriptions in our hospital were randomly collected. According to the relevant pharmacy theory, statistics on unreasonable prescriptions were made for classification and statistical analysis. Irrational use of prescriptions a total of 138 (accounting for 9.32%), irrational use of drugs mainly in four aspects, namely the combination of unreasonable 49, 37 repeated medication, drug selection is not 30, the use of unreasonable 22. Conclusion Rational drug use has a long way to go. First, clinicians need scientific medication. Second, we must strengthen supervision and control in many aspects.
