传统的课堂教学结构,重教轻学,重知识轻能力,影响教学效率的进一步提高,也妨碍培养人才任务的园满完成。所以,必须进行改革。改革课堂教学结构应以“加强教师的主导与学生的主动相结合”为主攻方向。加强双基,培养能力,切实提高课堂教学效率。我们经过前阶段的试验,课堂教学发生了可喜的变化。在处理“教与学”、“讲与练”、“知识与能力”的关系上,出现一些新的做法,教学效率有了明显的提高。具体做法可以概括为“启、学、议、练、结”五个字。启:是指每节课开始时,老师注意创设情境,
