一份涉及千万元巨额财产的经济合同,一方没弄清合同性质,就拨出巨款;另一方没有查验对方的经营资格,就签字画押。在签订合同的双方各自根据不同的理解付诸实践引起纠纷后,又都理直气壮地打起了官司,但法院的判决结果却让双方大感意外。28日,广州海事法院对这起双方当事人引发的“糊涂案”的一审判决正式生效:这个合同无效,由此产生的责任双方共同承担。 An economic contract involving tens of millions of huge sums of property, one party did not understand the nature of the contract, to allocate huge sums; the other party did not check each other’s business qualifications, the signature of the mortgage.
