秦淮区社区矫正工作于2005年5月19日全面开展至去年底,共接收社区服刑人员341人,其中在矫158人,解矫183人。经过两年多的不断探索、总结,此项工作已经取得了一定的成效,得到了社会各界的初步认可。但工作中也遇到了一些问题,这些问题集中反映在社区服刑人员的接收和管理工作中,如不及时加以解决,将阻碍此项工作的深入开展。笔者结合本区的工作情况,对社区矫正工作的现状、存在的问题及解决的对策提出一些意见建议。
Community correction work in Qinhuai District on May 19, 2005 fully carried out to the end of last year, a total of 341 people in the community to receive inmates, including correction in 158 people, relieve 183 people. After more than two years of continuous exploration and conclusion, this work has achieved some success and has been initially approved by all walks of life. However, some problems have also been encountered in their work. These problems are mainly reflected in the reception and management of prisoners in the community. Failure to solve them in time will hinder the further development of this work. Based on the work in this area, the author puts forward some suggestions on the status quo of community correction work, existing problems and solutions.
