感染马铃薯Y病毒脉坏死株系 (PVYN)后 ,敏感烟草体内的多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性升高 ,而抗性烟草的PPO活性降低 ,但其活性值均高于敏感烟草健康植株 ;敏感烟草从接种PVYN 后第 8d起出现 2条新的PPO同工酶谱带 ,而且随着病害程度的加重其强度增加 ,抗性烟草则没有新的PPO同工酶谱带出现 .在未接种的情况下 ,抗性烟草体内的PPO活性明显高于敏感烟草 ,其PPO同工酶谱带数比敏感烟草多 1条
After infected with PVYN, the activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in susceptible tobacco increased, while the activity of PPO in resistant tobacco decreased but its activity value was higher than that in healthy tobacco plants. Sensitivity Two new bands of PPO isozymes appeared on the 8th day after PVYN inoculation, and their intensities increased with the severity of the disease, but no new bands of PPO isozymes were found in the resistant tobaccos.In non-inoculated Case, the PPO activity of resistant tobacco was significantly higher than that of susceptible tobacco, and the number of PPO isozyme bands was 1 more than that of sensitive tobacco
