毒蜘蛛蛰伤是临床急症之一,毒蜘蛛毒素成份复杂,主要含有珠毒溶血素,神经毒素和组织毒素。近年来毒蜘蛛蛰伤的发病人数逐渐增多,给患者带来了较大痛苦和经济损失,但我区报道较少。蛰伤人群多为当地农民,还有少数为城镇居民,以维吾尔族人群为主,现将我院2006年6月至2009年10月18例毒蜘蛛蛰伤病例分析报道如下。
