本文通过分析NSC公司绩效管理现状及存在问题,以改进绩效指标体系为切入口,运用平衡计分卡理论对其绩效指标体系构建思路、方法和流程进行了具体分析和阐述。
In this paper, by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of performance management in NSC Company, taking the improvement of performance index system as an entrance point, this paper makes a concrete analysis and elaboration on the construction ideas, methods and processes of performance index system by using Balanced Scorecard theory.
