目的:探讨深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的早期手术修复方法。方法:回顾分析2009年1月到2012年6月我院收治的62例有削痂、磨痂指征的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的临床资料。结果:本组62例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者伤后24小时内均给予削痂、磨痂术后凡士林油纱或生物敷料覆盖,术中及术后患者生命体征较平稳,无1例感染、死亡,术后13-21天痊愈。结论:24小时内手术是治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的有效方法,具有烧伤创面愈合快,感染率低,并发症少,功能外观恢复较好,后期无明显疤痕增生,降低住院天数,减少医疗费用的优点。 Objective: To investigate the early surgical repair of deep second degree burn wounds. Methods: The clinical data of 62 patients with deep second degree burn who were scabbed and worn off by scab in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 62 cases of deep second degree burn patients were given shaved scab within 24 hours after injury. Vaseline gauze or biological dressing was used to cover the sclerosus. The vital signs were stable during operation and after operation. There was no infection and death , 13-21 days after surgery cured. Conclusion: The operation within 24 hours is an effective method to treat deep second degree burn. It has the advantages of rapid healing of burn wound, low infection rate, less complications, better functional appearance recovery, no obvious scar hyperplasia in the later stage, less hospitalization days and less medical expenses advantage.
