对选矿工艺设备配置图的有效描述及算法,是实现选矿厂计算机辅助配置设计的关键问题.本文通过将工艺设备等定义成“标准”的立方体“组件”,实现了设备配置图的有效描述,所定义的“标准组件”包含了工艺设备及其安装空间.在确定工艺厂房几何尺寸的过程中,首先确定相应的“组件”及尺寸,并在约束条件下,对各“组件”的位置进行调整,较好地实现了设备配图设计.所编制的应用软件在某黄铜矿浮选厂的磨浮车间设备配置中得到了应用,其结果具有较好的准确性和实用性.
The effective description and the algorithm of the equipment configuration drawing of the beneficiation process are the key issues to realize the computer aided configuration design of the concentrator. In this paper, an effective description of the device configuration drawing is achieved by defining the process equipment as a “standard” cube “assembly” that contains the process equipment and its installation space. In the process of determining the geometric size of the process plant, the corresponding “components” and dimensions are determined first, and the positions of the “components” are adjusted under the constraint conditions to achieve the equipment layout design. The application software has been applied in the equipment configuration of a floatation workshop of a chalcopyrite flotation plant, and the result has good accuracy and practicability.
