在过去的10余年间,连续油管技术在油气田开发中得到广泛应用,在钻井、修井、测井等技术领域的应用已经得到业内人士的首肯。但是连续油管自身的重量和注入系统的限制制约了该系统在深井中的应用。虽然近年来由于钛合金的应用使得连续油管的自身重量降低,工况特性得以提高,但是仍然无法在超深井中应用。本文介绍的锥型连续油管技术为其在超深井中的应用辟出了新径。论述了锥型连续油管工艺技术的开发研究情况,对关键工艺技术的研究进行了描述,并且介绍了室内与现场试验。
In the past 10 years, coiled tubing technology has been widely used in the development of oil and gas fields, and has been approved by the people in the field of drilling, workover, logging and other technical fields. However, the coiled tubing’s own weight and injection system constraints restrict its use in deep wells. Although the coiled tubing itself has been reduced in weight due to the use of titanium alloy in recent years, its operating conditions have been improved, but it still can not be applied in ultra-deep wells. The conic coiled tubing technology presented in this paper opens a new path for its application in ultra-deep wells. The development and research situation of conical coiled tubing technology are discussed. The research of key technology is described, and the indoor and field tests are introduced.
