为了研究培育壮秧所需要的适宜环境条件,在6种温度条件及4种土壤水分条件的复合处理情况下,分别培育秧苗,当达到6.5叶龄时,调查了秧苗的各种特性。另有一部分秧苗移栽到低水温条件下,调查其10天后的成活状况。概要结果如下:1.在比较低的温度条件下,温度条件对抽叶速度比土壤水分条件的影响大;但在高温条件下,则土壤水分条件比温度条件的影响大。2.对于苗高、干物重、含氮量%、碳水化合物含量%,温度条件比土壤水分条件的影响大。3.对根数和秧苗含水率,土壤水分条件比温度条件的影响大,并随土壤水分含量成正比地增长。4.分蘖数受温度条件及土壤水分条件的共同影响。在低地温(16~21℃)条件下,土壤水分含量为100%的处理,分蘖数最多;在高地温(26~36℃)条件下,以土壤水分含量为80%的处理分蘖数最多。5.培育在低温下能成活良好的秧苗的所需条件是:地温16℃,土壤水分含量60%;当地温在21℃以上的温度条件下,土壤水分含量为40%。6.导致成活不良的育苗条件是。地温26℃或31℃,土壤水分含量80%。根据以上试验结果,指出了温度管理结合适当土壤水分管理对培育壮秧的重要性。特别强调在较高温度条件下育苗,培育壮秧的重点在于土壤水分管理。
In order to study the suitable environmental conditions needed to cultivate strong seedlings, seedlings were separately cultivated under the conditions of six temperature conditions and four soil moisture conditions. When the leaf age reached 6.5, various characteristics of the seedlings were investigated. Another part of the seedlings transplanted to low water conditions, to investigate the survival of 10 days. The summary results are as follows: 1. At lower temperature conditions, the temperature conditions had a greater effect on leaf pumping speed than soil moisture conditions; however, at high temperature, soil moisture conditions had a greater effect than temperature conditions. 2. For seedling height, dry weight, nitrogen content%, carbohydrate content%, temperature conditions than the impact of soil moisture conditions. 3. The number of roots and seedling moisture content, soil moisture conditions than the temperature conditions, and with soil moisture content increases in proportion. 4. The number of tillers affected by temperature conditions and soil moisture conditions together. Under the conditions of low ground temperature (16 ~ 21 ℃), the soil water content was 100% and the number of tillers was the most. Under the condition of high soil temperature (26 ~ 36 ℃), the treatment with the soil moisture content of 80% had the highest number of tillers. 5. The conditions for cultivating seedlings that can survive well at low temperature are: the soil temperature is 16 ℃, the soil moisture content is 60%; and when the temperature is above 21 ℃, the soil moisture content is 40%. 6 lead to poor survival of the breeding conditions are. Based on the above test results, the importance of temperature management in combination with proper soil moisture management to the cultivation of strong seedlings is pointed out. Special emphasis on nursery conditions at higher temperatures, nurturing strong seedling is the focus of soil moisture management.
