本文对套管式水冷空调机组进行了数学模拟研究。建立了套管式水冷冷凝器的数学模型,编制了冷凝器模块的计算程序,并使之与空气—空气热泵或空调器的计算程序中的有关模块相联结,得到了水冷空调机组稳态性能的计算程序。同时,将上海冷气机厂生产的SL~15型冷风机组的试验数据与模拟计算结果进行对比分析,各项性能指标基本吻合,其最大相对误差不超过10%。最后,对影响机组性能的结构参数进行定量分析,对机组进行了优化设计计算,从而指出改进机组性能的途径及可能获得的经济效益。
This paper conducts a mathematical simulation study of the casing water-cooled air-conditioning unit.
