大鼠离体肾细胞在含1.5、3.0和0.0mM 氟化钠的培养液中37℃培养1~3 h,其蛋白质、RNA和DNA 合成代谢受到不同程度的影响。而0.55、1.1和2.2mM四硼酸钠在 1~3 h内对蛋白质和DNA合成代谢未见明显影响,对RNA的影响较氟为轻。并首次发观硼和氟合用时,可消除或减轻氟对肾细胞内三种生物大分子合成代谢的影响。初步认为硼对氟的某些细胞毒作用具有拮抗效应。
Rat renal cells isolated in culture medium containing 1.5, 3.0 and 0.0mM sodium fluoride at 37 ℃ for 1 ~ 3 h, the protein, RNA and DNA synthesis and metabolism were affected to varying degrees. While 0.55, 1.1 and 2.2 mM sodium tetraborate had no significant effect on protein and DNA anabolism within 1 ~ 3 h, the effect of RNA on fluoride was lighter than that of fluorine. And the first time the combination of boron and fluorine, can eliminate or reduce fluoride on renal cell metabolism of three kinds of biological macromolecules. It is preliminarily believed that boron has antagonistic effect on some cytotoxic effects of fluorine.
