建立了高功率连续激光器全反腔镜的热变形模型,并用有限差分法对镜内的温度场分布及热变形做了数值计算,得出了全反腔镜热变形和反射镜厚度及半径的一般关系,计算了反射镜因冷却水压产生的压力变形,并与热变形做了比较,计算结果和实验数据符合得很好。
The thermal deformation model of full-power lasers was established. The temperature field distribution and thermal deformation in the mirror were numerically calculated by finite difference method.
