小鼠经注射自制抗T细胞血清后次日的T细胞数和百分率显著下降(P<0.001),以此建立T细胞减少动物模型。小鼠连续使用除毒河豚肝油(0.05ml/鼠/天,S.C.共5天)能使T细胞百分率与药前比下降不明显(P>0.05),而对照组显著(P<0.001);用药8天停药4天的血清血凝素抗体滴度和脾细胞溶血空斑数较对比组高(P<0.001,P<0.02)。表明该药对此模型具有一定免疫增强作用。
