隧道工程投资建设模式日益多元化,近年来各个工程施工企业通过组织配合形成联合体来共同投资建设的模式逐渐发展起来,在这一投资模式下,要想使联合体内的每一个成员企业都能够获得可观的经济收入,就要重点加强对工程项目的财务管理,采取科学的财务管理方法,加强成本控制,形成科学化、精细化的财务管理系统,全面提升资金的利用率,确保用最少的成本创造最大的经济价值,凸显出联合体的强大实力和竞争力。本文以武汉长江隧道工程建设为例,探讨了其联合体项目财务管理。
